1. Periodically inspect the fan blades for any signs of damage, such as cracks, warping, or corrosion. Check the housing and frame for structural integrity and any signs of wear or damage.
2. The usage environment should be kept clean regularly, the surface of the fan should be kept clean, and there should be no debris at the inlet and outlet. Dust and other debris inside the fan and pipes should be regularly removed. Keep the fan blades and surrounding areas clean from dust, dirt, and debris. Accumulated debris can affect the fan's performance and efficiency. Use a soft brush or compressed air to remove dirt from the blades and other components.
3. It can only operate under completely normal conditions of the fan, while ensuring sufficient capacity and stable voltage of the power supply facilities. It is strictly prohibited to operate with defects. The power supply line must be a dedicated line and temporary lines should not be used for long-term power supply. Regularly inspect electrical connections to ensure they are secure and free from corrosion. Loose or corroded connections can lead to electrical issues and decreased efficiency.
4. During the operation of the fan, if any abnormal sounds, severe motor heating, live casing, switch tripping, or inability to start are found, the fan should be immediately shut down for inspection. To ensure safety, maintenance is not allowed during the operation of the fan. After maintenance, a trial run should be carried out for about five minutes to confirm that there are no abnormal phenomena before starting up and running.
5. According to the environmental conditions of use, bearings should be supplemented or replaced with lubricating grease periodically (motor enclosed bearings do not need to be replaced with lubricating grease during their service life). Check for loose bolts, nuts, or any other fasteners. Tighten them as needed to prevent vibration and maintain stability.
6. The fan should be stored in a dry environment to prevent the motor from getting damp. When the fan is stored outdoors, defensive measures should be taken. During storage and handling, the fan should be prevented from being bumped to prevent damage.
